Our Story

We're a small team of photographers, united by a love for nature and a restless urge to capture its wonders. Our whole story is tied to a single breathtaking mountain morning.
The Sunrise
The morning we found our calling
As the first rays of sunlight pierced the dew-kissed air and painted the sky in gold and crimson, we found our calling. We watched the world wake with the light, and in that moment a love of photography was kindled.
It was nothing short of magical — the way the light danced off the leaves and lit everything with a soft, warm glow. The moment was so profound that it stirred a need to capture and share the beauty we'd just witnessed.
The Waterfall
Power and serenity, in one frame
The very next day, our journey led us to a mesmerizing waterfall — the rush of water, its rhythmic roar, and the cool misty breeze a spectacle we felt compelled to document.
All of it, caught in a single still image, spoke to the transient yet eternal nature of the world. Since then, we've been dedicated to turning these fleeting moments of raw beauty into timeless frames.
Finding the camera
From a phone to a Sony Alpha
In both cases I'd used my phone. I was so excited by the pictures that, on the way home, my elder sister suggested I get a proper camera. As a novice I had a lot to learn — research told me DSLRs were giving way to smaller, mirrorless bodies.
On budget I'd settled on a Fujifilm X-T4, even though I really wanted a Sony Alpha. When I told my sister, she insisted on contributing — and that's how I ended up with a brand-new Sony Alpha α7R IV. The camera was the easy part. Learning to see took longer, and I'm still at it.

I love all kinds of photography, but at heart I still consider myself a landscape photographer. Because I enjoy so many genres, I haven't pigeon-holed this site into landscapes alone — I write about all of it, and invite you to explore, discover and capture the symphony of nature alongside us, one frame at a time.
The way I work
Five rules I keep
- 01Always photograph the things I love — never just for the sale.
- 02Shoot more sunrises than sunsets, even in summer.
- 03Don't over-edit. Spend the time outdoors instead.
- 04Revisit locations — it's how I get the best frames.
- 05Three new places a year: a district, a state, or a country.
On a personal note
I live in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, with an amazingly supportive father, mother and three siblings. Away from the camera, I love playing badminton, the odd round of Counter-Strike, exploring new places — and spending time with Shadow, my adorable Golden Retriever.
